Born at the intersection of

We are a team of learning & development practitioners, leadership coaches, technologists and business leaders who have spent our careers building capability in organisations across Europe and beyond. We have delivered executive programmes, designed onboarding journeys, coached senior leaders and facilitated cultural transformations in companies of every size.

When AI began reshaping how people work and learn, we saw both the risk and the opportunity. Most organisations were either paralysed by the change or making reckless bets on technology without investing in the human layer that determines whether any of it succeeds.
